MedBridge Concierge
MedBridge Concierge helps Australians over fifty get dental treatment in Da Nang, Vietnam, and handles the trip around it.
A concierge business that keeps running while its owner sleeps.
Patients text from Australia while Vietnam sleeps, and the other way round. Every lead that waited until morning was a lead that cooled down.
We built the whole back office around that: an English website with treatment pages and cost guides, a sales desk where every new lead arrives as a card with a “Taken” button, reminders at one, three and eight hours if nobody takes it, and a morning summary. A hiring desk screens applicants for the team. A reel factory writes, edits and queues the videos for Instagram.
The result: a lead that arrives at night is on the owner's phone as a card before breakfast.
